same day service; called in the morning and the sales rep was here with 4 hours! He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He completed adding two outside key pads within 10 minutes. He also applied , without me asking, a lubricant to the hinges , garage door rollers and the overhead springs. If you want a great garage door company, Precision garage door company is the only place you need to go for garage door issues.

We needed someone that was available in the evening and Precision worked with us to find a convenient time. From the beginning, the communication was clear and courteous. I (the owner) was unable to be at our home, but my adult daughter was there to allow them to do their work. They showed up on time and were professional throughout the process. Ethan did a great job communicating with me from the diagnosis of the issue, to the estimate, through the completion of the job. He provided pictures and videos showing the issue and the completed work. I would definitely use Precision again and will recommend them in the future.

broken spring on saturday trapped our car in the garage. filled out online form for appt on monday morning. precision called on sunday morning to help that day if we needed. really appreciated that courtesy. on monday adam came to the house and gave us the full service price for repairs on our old door and opener with individual prices for each thing broken out. we were able to just pick what we wanted done that day. he was very professional and helpful with his advice. he did a great job. love the 24/7 availability.

Great and same day service! One of my garage door springs broke and I couldn’t open the garage manually. Adam checked out the whole garage door for any additional issues. He identified a few safety concerns which he replaced the proper parts to prevent any near future issues. Adam was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail what needed to be done. I definitely can recommend this company.

The spring on my garage door broke and I couldn't get my door open. I called Precision at 11:30 am on February 3rd and they sent someone out at 12:30. The repair man was Adam Hatfield, he was very courteous and professional, and he did an excellent job!! I would definitely recommend Precision!

The most impressive and informative web site was Precision Garage Door Service of Tulsa. I called and they were very professional and responsive. They were at my house within an hour and our technician, Adam, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He assessed our issues with our door opening system, showed us exactly where the problems were and best way to correct them. He was very thorough in his work and kept us informed during each step of the repair. I really appreciate this company and I would use them again in a heartbeat! They were competitive in their pricing and gave me a five year warranty. Extra Thanks to Adam! We really appreciated him.

At 8:30 a.m., I managed to back into my partially opened garage door, which faces south and takes the brunt of the great Oklahoma wind. I called the first company that Google pulled up and thank heavens it was Precision! They immediately booked an appointment and Adam Hatfield arrived at about noon and was done with all that needed repaired as well some a number of issues he found wrong with my opening system by 2 p.m. He replaced the main spring, plus added another since it should have had 2 of them! He replaced broken/cracked wheels and hinges and reinforced the panels because of the wind's potential to cause damage over time (my request). I am SO impressed with their quick and quality service, thankful for the military discount, and their 7 year warranty for their work. Thank you, thank you!!!
