They responded quickly to my need for door motor issues. Tanner, who came to my home, was very professional and communicative about the issue. Another company came out before Precision and said I probably needed a new motor. The plug had been moved from it's original position to other side and that side was defective and not generating power. Precision also works on Liftmaster motors and Tanner was knowledgeable about the battery backups that I have which the previous company did not. I give Precision an A++

We were actually fortunate to find Precision Garage Door online. It was in the evening, and we were impressed with the ease of scheduling online. We were able to choose a window of time that met our schedule for the next day. Noah called about 10 minutes before the start of the window and arrived quickly. He was able to address our issue and answer our questions. He performed the required service quickly and professionally. He took the time to help program our garage opener to our car. He also pointed out an issue with the door. When we are ready to replace the door, we’ll have no hesitation in calling Precision.

This company is the best!! First, they came to the house with no service charge. Second, the technician, Ethan, evaluated the problem and then showed me where the door failure was happening. Third, the price was right. I highly recommend them for all of your garage needs.

This low rating is not at all about the service of Ethan, or the quality of the job performed. He was very polite and professional! I had to get a new single spring and redo side cables in a hurry on a Saturday because I needed my car out of the garage. I paid $573.00 for this service, and it took one hour to finish. Materials should cost the company $30-40 wholesale. I paid over $500 for an hour labor. I find this labor charge insulting. Here's my advise; FOLKS, please shop the price, if you are not in a bind to get your car out, take your time to call to get the best price, even a handyman who knows how to replace spring and cables would charge significantly less.

I went to the Precision website to schedule an appointment for an appraisal. They had one available in about 4 hours. Adam was right on time. He checked everything out and explained everything perfectly. He gave me several options to choose from to fit my budget. I decided to have the springs and cables replaced. He had everything needed in his van and had the job completed in about an hour. Adam was very professional and courteous and even made some adjustments to my opener to make it work better. He even gave me a 10% veteran discount and told me that they were owned by a veteran. I had scheduled an appointment with a competitor, that I canceled. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend them for any garage door service that you need.

Hi, Ethan was scheduled to work on our garage. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Once arrived he evaluated the problem and explained to my husband what happened, how to fix it and that what he did. The repair estimate was very affordable. Ethan was very professional and he gave my husband a few DIY tips about garage door maintenance. He did a walk through explaining again to my husband what to look for when troubleshooting. Called Saturday morning not thinking I would get somebody the same day on a holiday weekend. They set me up for a 4:00 appointment guy was on time and very professional Ethan Byrd looked it over and took care of my door and made sure it operated as correctly as possible before loading his tools. I ask him if he could look at a couple other doors that wasn’t sealing on the bottom correctly and he fixed me up with putting two new seals on to fix my problems was very professional and knew exactly what to do to fix them will ask for him again Ethan Byrd was a top notch technician thank you .
