Hi, Ethan was scheduled to work on our garage. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Once arrived he evaluated the problem and explained to my husband what happened, how to fix it and that what he did. The repair estimate was very affordable. Ethan was very professional and he gave my husband a few DIY tips about garage door maintenance. He did a walk through explaining again to my husband what to look for when troubleshooting. All went well and the Garage door is working fine. So pleased with a job well done by Ethan and we will refer you business to friends and family. Thank you.

I’m very pleased with the fast response from Precision Garage Door Service. Adam was my technician he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, he did the check points on the door and gave me my options to choose from. He didn’t try to “over sell”. Called Saturday morning not thinking I would get somebody the same day on a holiday weekend. They set me up for a 4:00 appointment guy was on time and very professional Ethan Byrd looked it over and took care of my door and made sure it operated as correctly as possible before loading his tools. I ask him if he could look at a couple other doors that wasn’t sealing on the bottom correctly and he fixed me up with putting two new seals on to fix my problems was very professional and knew exactly what to do to fix them will ask for him again Ethan Byrd was a top notch technician thank you .

Adam was a super nice young man and informed me of what he thought was my problem and it totally made sense. He explained everything he was doing and why. After he finished he made sure my wife and I were happy and we were. But my problem cameback but not as bad as before. I dont blame him because with what he did and how it sounded when he left we also thought it was as good as it could get. Its an older door and maybe its as good as it can be. I still rate this company 5 STARS. All the employees I have dealt with have been 5 star also.

A quick online search revealed Precision as the one to call. I got a service rep scheduled for the next day. Bingo! Adam was very polite and responsive to our needs of quickly replacing a broken coil spring. All the parts are carried in their service van. He took care of business and even cleaned up the floor and took the junk with him. Thank you Precision and Adam!

When we called for an appointment, we were pleasantly surprised that they had an opening within a few hours. The technician (Ethan) was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He had our garage door opener situation diagnosed and repaired quickly; he even gave us suggestions going forward to maintain the actual doors in optimum condition. We would definitely call them again.

The repair tech, Ethan, showed up as expected and was really great to work with. He identified my problems quickly and did the repairs in the time he said it would take. I really appreciated not being charged a fee just to show up!!! Garage door parts aren’t cheap but I don’t feel like I was overcharged. Bonus, they’re a BA company and I was happy to give them my business and will in the future!
