Ethan was an expert technician. He explained everything clearly. Ethan went over every single question I had thoroughly until I understood it completely. The response to come was the very next day at 8 am. They were also very fair with my payments understanding that I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Everything now works perfectly and we appreciate Precision and will definitely use them again. I cannot say enough good things about Ethan. He is a real asset to your company.

Molly took my call and she was so pleasant and helpful! We were able to schedule a repair on that Saturday afternoon, the day the springs broke, which was a blessing because we could not get our garage door open. Ethan came out at the start of the four-hour window and was professional, knowledgeable and had us fixed up in no time with the proper fitting/size springs that will last several years! The door operates so smoothly now. Better than it ever has since we built the house 9 years ago! Thank you!!

I found this company by doing a Google search. Happily, the technician was professional and courteous. He offered multiple options to either fix the opener or replace it. I knew the system was so old that it wasn’t worth patching, so I chose to replace it. I didn’t feel pressured to replace the old system in the least. The new system is quiet and reliable. I just wish I had done it sooner.

We are in every way satisfied with the service we received from the techs, Alex and Adam. They analyzed the cause of our problem ( garage door would not close properly) very quickly, discussed the solution at great length until we were completely aware of what they were going to do including the cost and then took care of it in a timely way. Both their work and materials/products are warrantied.

Precision had great reviews. When my tech came out he was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he would do. However, he only did what I asked. He was not pushy at all. He was professional, on time and helpful. Ethan Byrd was my tech.

I when my garage door system broke I went to the website and search for garage door repair company and selected precision and called, a tech was out in a couple of hours and did all the repairs needed. I was happy with the work Alex did. Not once did I feel like he did not know what he was doing. He answered all my questions. Explained what caused my issues. And explained each part he needed to replace and why. All made sense to me. My garage door works better than it has since The 6 years I’ve been at home.

One of our garage doors stopped functioning. A friend gave me the info for Precision Garage. The technician, Mike, who came out was completely professional and helpful. I was actually not even at the property but he called me on the phone and described all of the issues that were happening due to the previous homeowner's lack of upkeep. Mike finished the work in about an hour and the door is now functioning properly. I know because he was kind enough to send me a short clip of it working. Precision will always be my first call when I have any garage door issues in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough!
