We were actually fortunate to find Precision Garage Door online. It was in the evening, and we were impressed with the ease of scheduling online. We were able to choose a window of time that met our schedule for the next day. Noah called about 10 minutes before the start of the window and arrived quickly. He was able to address our issue and answer our questions. He performed the required service quickly and professionally. He took the time to help program our garage opener to our car. He also pointed out an issue with the door. When we are ready to replace the door, we’ll have no hesitation in calling Precision.

The overall experience and job was performed adequately with all specs and pricing explained. The cost was fair for a garage door remote opener replacement, new springs, and bearings. I would give 5 stars, but the technician did not put things back where they belonged as to garage furniture, fans, etc. "Leave the place better than when you found it" is in our company's service.
