Great and same day service! One of my garage door springs broke and I couldn’t open the garage manually. Adam checked out the whole garage door for any additional issues. He identified a few safety concerns which he replaced the proper parts to prevent any near future issues. Adam was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail what needed to be done. I definitely can recommend this company.

My garage door springs broke and I couldn't get my garage door open. I looked on line to find a repair facility. The most impressive and informative web site was Precision Garage Door Service of Tulsa. I called and they were very professional and responsive. They were at my house within an hour and our technician, Adam, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He assessed our issues with our door opening system, showed us exactly where the problems were and best way to correct them. He was very thorough in his work and kept us informed during each step of the repair. I really appreciate this company and I would use them again in a heartbeat! They were competitive in their pricing and gave me a five year warranty. Extra Thanks to Adam! We really appreciated him.

Precision had great reviews. When my tech came out he was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he would do. However, he only did what I asked. He was not pushy at all. He was professional, on time and helpful. Ethan Byrd was my tech.

One of our garage doors stopped functioning. A friend gave me the info for Precision Garage. The technician, Mike, who came out was completely professional and helpful. I was actually not even at the property but he called me on the phone and described all of the issues that were happening due to the previous homeowner's lack of upkeep. Mike finished the work in about an hour and the door is now functioning properly. I know because he was kind enough to send me a short clip of it working. Precision will always be my first call when I have any garage door issues in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We needed someone that was available in the evening and Precision worked with us to find a convenient time. From the beginning, the communication was clear and courteous. I (the owner) was unable to be at our home, but my adult daughter was there to allow them to do their work. They showed up on time and were professional throughout the process. Ethan did a great job communicating with me from the diagnosis of the issue, to the estimate, through the completion of the job. He provided pictures and videos showing the issue and the completed work. I would definitely use Precision again and will recommend them in the future.
