We got an advertisement in the mail today from Precision. It had a $50's off. We called and Alex & Cody came out & totally redid our garage door. It works perfect. Ethan was an expert technician. He explained everything clearly. Ethan went over every single question I had thoroughly until I understood it completely. The response to come was the very next day at 8 am. They were also very fair with my payments understanding that I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Everything now works perfectly and we appreciate Precision and will definitely use them again. I cannot say enough good things about Ethan. He is a real asset to your company.

Alex came the same day I called for service. He professionally and quickly identified the issue and evaluated the entire system to determine the root cause. Alex presented a list of parts that were not up to par and advised me on the ramifications of each. He executed the work well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. same day service; called in the morning and the sales rep was here with 4 hours! He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He completed adding two outside key pads within 10 minutes. He also applied , without me asking, a lubricant to the hinges , garage door rollers and the overhead springs. If you want a great garage door company, Precision garage door company is the only place you need to go for garage door issues.
