When we called for an appointment, we were pleasantly surprised that they had an opening within a few hours. The technician (Ethan) was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He had our garage door opener situation diagnosed and repaired quickly; he even gave us suggestions going forward to maintain the actual doors in optimum condition. We would definitely call them again.

The repair tech, Ethan, showed up as expected and was really great to work with. He identified my problems quickly and did the repairs in the time he said it would take. I really appreciated not being charged a fee just to show up!!! Garage door parts aren’t cheap but I don’t feel like I was overcharged. Bonus, they’re a BA company and I was happy to give them my business and will in the future!

He was able to complete the job in a fraction of the time, had I chose to DIY the job myself. Knowing the intricacies of replacing the springs, tension, etc, etc, and the dangers involved. Precision may not have been my initial consult following the unfortunate incident where a vehicle further impaired an already aging garage door. However, their transparency and willingness to assist surpassed all others. While competing companies presented exorbitant estimates, Precision offered a pragmatic and fair valuation. Astonishingly, they proceeded to replace the door on the very day I reached out to them (due to availability and cancellation). The entire installation, completed in a mere two hours, was executed with seamless efficiency. The service provided was nothing short of remarkable and exceptionally swift.

At 8:30 a.m., I managed to back into my partially opened garage door, which faces south and takes the brunt of the great Oklahoma wind. I called the first company that Google pulled up and thank heavens it was Precision! They immediately booked an appointment and Adam Hatfield arrived at about noon and was done with all that needed repaired as well some a number of issues he found wrong with my opening system by 2 p.m. He replaced the main spring, plus added another since it should have had 2 of them! He replaced broken/cracked wheels and hinges and reinforced the panels because of the wind's potential to cause damage over time (my request). I am SO impressed with their quick and quality service, thankful for the military discount, and their 7 year warranty for their work. Thank you, thank you!!!

same day service; called in the morning and the sales rep was here with 4 hours! He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He completed adding two outside key pads within 10 minutes. He also applied , without me asking, a lubricant to the hinges , garage door rollers and the overhead springs. If you want a great garage door company, Precision garage door company is the only place you need to go for garage door issues.

We needed someone that was available in the evening and Precision worked with us to find a convenient time. From the beginning, the communication was clear and courteous. I (the owner) was unable to be at our home, but my adult daughter was there to allow them to do their work. They showed up on time and were professional throughout the process. Ethan did a great job communicating with me from the diagnosis of the issue, to the estimate, through the completion of the job. He provided pictures and videos showing the issue and the completed work. I would definitely use Precision again and will recommend them in the future.

broken spring on saturday trapped our car in the garage. filled out online form for appt on monday morning. precision called on sunday morning to help that day if we needed. really appreciated that courtesy. on monday adam came to the house and gave us the full service price for repairs on our old door and opener with individual prices for each thing broken out. we were able to just pick what we wanted done that day. he was very professional and helpful with his advice. he did a great job. love the 24/7 availability.

Great and same day service! One of my garage door springs broke and I couldn’t open the garage manually. Adam checked out the whole garage door for any additional issues. He identified a few safety concerns which he replaced the proper parts to prevent any near future issues. Adam was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The service and response time exceeded my expectations. The two young men who showed up, Ethan and Noah Byrd were very professional, polite and well groomed. They diagnosed and made the repairs in a reasonable amount of of time and provided an accurate estimate of the costs. I’m old school, so I especially appreciated the respect they showed to me by answering all my questions with “yes sir” or “no sir”. You don’t hear that very often these days from the younger generations. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs on their garage doors.
