The spring on my garage door broke and I couldn't get my door open. I called Precision at 11:30 am on February 3rd and they sent someone out at 12:30. The repair man was Adam Hatfield, he was very courteous and professional, and he did an excellent job!! I would definitely recommend Precision!

My garage door springs broke and I couldn't get my garage door open. I looked on line to find a repair facility. The most impressive and informative web site was Precision Garage Door Service of Tulsa. I called and they were very professional and responsive. They were at my house within an hour and our technician, Adam, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He assessed our issues with our door opening system, showed us exactly where the problems were and best way to correct them. He was very thorough in his work and kept us informed during each step of the repair. I really appreciate this company and I would use them again in a heartbeat! They were competitive in their pricing and gave me a five year warranty. Extra Thanks to Adam! We really appreciated him.

Ethan was an expert technician. He explained everything clearly. Ethan went over every single question I had thoroughly until I understood it completely. The response to come was the very next day at 8 am. They were also very fair with my payments understanding that I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. We were able to schedule a repair on that Saturday afternoon, the day the springs broke, which was a blessing because we could not get our garage door open. Ethan came out at the start of the four-hour window and was professional, knowledgeable and had us fixed up in no time with the proper fitting/size springs that will last several years! I found this company by doing a Google search. Happily, the technician was professional and courteous. He offered multiple options to either fix the opener or replace it. I knew the system was so old that it wasn’t worth patching, so I chose to replace it. I didn’t feel pressured to replace the old system in the least. The new system is quiet and reliable. I just wish I had done it sooner.
