broken spring on saturday trapped our car in the garage. filled out online form for appt on monday morning. precision called on sunday morning to help that day if we needed. really appreciated that courtesy. on monday adam came to the house and gave us the full service price for repairs on our old door and opener with individual prices for each thing broken out. we were able to just pick what we wanted done that day. he was very professional and helpful with his advice. he did a great job. love the 24/7 availability.

Great and same day service! One of my garage door springs broke and I couldn’t open the garage manually. Adam checked out the whole garage door for any additional issues. He identified a few safety concerns which he replaced the proper parts to prevent any near future issues. Adam was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail what needed to be done. I definitely can recommend this company.

The spring on my garage door broke and I couldn’t get my door open. I called Precision at 11:30 am on February 3rd and they sent someone out at 12:30. The repair man was Adam Hatfield, he was very courteous and professional, and he did an excellent job!! I would definitely recommend Precision!
