Broke a spring and belt. Replaced both and greased everything now it runs smoother and quieter then when it was new

We had a very good experience. Our expectations were met and then some. Oscar was right on time; identified the problem, and fixed it in a timely manner. He was very professional and helpful. We chose Precision because our garage door spring broke and they could come quickly. By the way, this was on a Sunday.

The Service was great. Ethan was professional, courteous, informative, and very focused on getting the job done. He was able to complete the job in a fraction of the time, had I chose to DIY the job myself. Knowing the intricacies of replacing the springs, tension, etc, etc, and the dangers involved. I felt it was worth the price to have a professional perform the task.

Very quick response and was able to get me in on same day of call for help! Installer was very professional and gave me several options and was not pushy at all trying to accumulate more charges which I really appreciated. Definitely will use Precision again if I ever have any more issues.

Precision may not have been my initial consult following the unfortunate incident where a vehicle further impaired an already aging garage door.
