Adam was a super nice young man and informed me of what he thought was my problem and it totally made sense. He explained everything he was doing and why. After he finished he made sure my wife and I were happy and we were. But my problem cameback but not as bad as before. I dont blame him because with what he did and how it sounded when he left we also thought it was as good as it could get. Its an older door and maybe its as good as it can be. I still rate this company 5 STARS. All the employees I have dealt with have been 5 star also.

I reached out about 9pm on a Saturday night once I discovered my spring was broken. I heard back from them that night and got a service call scheduled for the following Tuesday. Adam called as promised and showed up early in the stated service window. He was very detailed on showing me where my problems were with my door and gave me options on how much of it to replace. Once we came to a decision, he was done within an hour. Great service.

A quick online search revealed Precision as the one to call. I got a service rep scheduled for the next day. Bingo! Adam was very polite and responsive to our needs of quickly replacing a broken coil spring. All the parts are carried in their service van. He took care of business and even cleaned up the floor and took the junk with him. Thank you Precision and Adam!

The service and response time exceeded my expectations. The two young men who showed up, Ethan and Noah Byrd were very professional, polite and well groomed. They diagnosed and made the repairs in a reasonable amount of of time and provided an accurate estimate of the costs. I’m old school, so I especially appreciated the respect they showed to me by answering all my questions with “yes sirâ€_x009d_ or “no sirâ€_x009d_. You don’t hear that very often these days from the younger generations. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs on their garage doors.

When we called for an appointment, we were pleasantly surprised that they had an opening within a few hours. The technician (Ethan) was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He had our garage door opener situation diagnosed and repaired quickly; he even gave us suggestions going forward to maintain the actual doors in optimum condition. We would definitely call them again.

The repair tech, Ethan, showed up as expected and was really great to work with. He identified my problems quickly and did the repairs in the time he said it would take. I really appreciated not being charged a fee just to show up!!! Garage door parts aren’t cheap but I don’t feel like I was overcharged. Bonus, they’re a BA company and I was happy to give them my business and will in the future!
