Adam was great, very helpful and courteous. When he arrived, I told him I just wanted the broken spring replaced. He said he would be happy to do that. But he would do a free inspection, make recommendations , give a quote, and then do whatever repairs I requested. When he finished explaining all his recommendations, and showing me why, it seemed to make good sense so I went with all his recommendations now my door works smooth and quiet. Thank you.

I needed a garage door repairman in a hurry. I googled it and Precision came up. I read your reviews and they were good, so I decided to go with you. I am glad that I did. Adam was the repairman that came. He explained how he could repair the damage to my garage door. It only took about 15 minutes for him to fix it. I am very happy with the result. Thank you Adam. Really great people! Most instances they are able to get to my house the same day. Adam, our technician, was able to make some really good suggestions to same mine and time. They were done in less time than expected and always friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I’m very pleased with the fast response from Precision Garage Door Service. Adam was my technician he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, he did the check points on the door and gave me my options to choose from. He didn’t try to “over sellâ€_x009d_. Adam installed the items needed, my garage door works perfectly! I definitely would recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.

Called Saturday morning not thinking I would get somebody the same day on a holiday weekend. They set me up for a 4:00 appointment guy was on time and very professional Ethan Byrd looked it over and took care of my door and made sure it operated as correctly as possible before loading his tools. I ask him if he could look at a couple other doors that wasn’t sealing on the bottom correctly and he fixed me up with putting two new seals on to fix my problems was very professional and knew exactly what to do to fix them will ask for him again Ethan Byrd was a top notch technician thank you .

Scheduled a next day appointment after spring broke on garage door. Called and came a little early. Did full inspection and identified other things to fix. Gave full quote with options prior to starting work. Completed everything quickly and professionally. Would use again.
