Mike the Estimator, came out promptly and met me at my property. He was very professional and survey the situation expediently. He also help me repair the ruined old door. It was partially open, which was but beyond my expectation.

My garage door springs broke and I couldn’t get my garage door open. I looked on line to find a repair facility. The most impressive and informative web site was Precision Garage Door Service of Tulsa. I called and they were very professional and responsive. They were at my house within an hour and our technician, Adam, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He assessed our issues with our door opening system, showed us exactly where the problems were and best way to correct them. He was very thorough in his work and kept us informed during each step of the repair. I really appreciate this company and I would use them again in a heartbeat! They were competitive in their pricing and gave me a five year warranty. Extra Thanks to Adam! We really appreciated him.

We got an advertisement in the mail today from Precision. It had a $50’s off. We called and Alex & Cody came out & totally redid our garage door. It works perfect.
