I had seen a review on Nextdoor. The lady spoke highly of them and said she had tried others, but they have been the best. She was pleased with their service and price. So I went to their website and was pleased to see that they had a five star rating. Tanner was efficient, friendly and was pleased with the service we received. The price was affordable and I will use them again when needed.

They responded quickly to my need for door motor issues. Tanner, who came to my home, was very professional and communicative about the issue. Another company came out before Precision and said I probably needed a new motor. The plug had been moved from it's original position to other side and that side was defective and not generating power. Precision also works on Liftmaster motors and Tanner was knowledgeable about the battery backups that I have which the previous company did not. I give Precision an A++

We were actually fortunate to find Precision Garage Door online. It was in the evening, and we were impressed with the ease of scheduling online. We were able to choose a window of time that met our schedule for the next day. Noah called about 10 minutes before the start of the window and arrived quickly.
