Precision had great reviews. When my tech came out he was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he would do. However, he only did what I asked. He was not pushy at all. He was professional, on time and helpful. Ethan Byrd was my tech.

Technician Alex (I believe that was his name) was great! He thoroughly explained the problem (broken spring) and got us up and running quick. I will totally recommend and will use Precision in the future. Thanks for the quick and thorough service!

I when my garage door system broke I went to the website and search for garage door repair company and selected precision and called, a tech was out in a couple of hours and did all the repairs needed. I was happy with the work Alex did. Not once did I feel like he did not know what he was doing. He answered all my questions. Explained what caused my issues. And explained each part he needed to replace and why. All made sense to me. My garage door works better than it has since The 6 years I’ve been at home.

Came out same day as called. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Got job done very quickly and he cleaned up. Not cheap, but would rather pay the price for good work that lasts. Definitely would recommend them.

The service technician was great. He called when he was on his way and did a good job. However, I believe that the parts were seriously upcharged over what is considered fair. I looked up some of the items used on line and I was charged 200 to 600% plus more than what I found on line. My total bill was 800$ just to change from spring openers to tortion. That seems ridiculous to me.

Alex was great, he called me to let me know he was available to come earlier to work on our garage. He was very professional, and explained what he was doing exactly before he did the work. He answered all of my questions. He got the job done in less than an hour and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely refer friends and family to Precision Door.
