Mike refurbished my dysfunctional 24 year old garage door by replacing springs, rollers, hinges, and bottom seal. He also reworked my recently replaced garage door opener and added supports to remove sagging in the door. I’ve never seen a garage door work as smooth as it does now. He knows his stuff.

I got home from work. My garage door would not open. Upon my investigation I found that the spring was broken. I pull my bike into the back yard and looked for a garage door repair service. I called Percision and set an appointment for the next morning. I had to work so my wife was home to let them in. She told me that the service tech, Alex Richards, was very polite and professional. He did a thorough inspection and explained to her the needed repairs along with the cost. She was impressed with his work ethics along with his knowledge and professionalism. She never gives a 5 on any review, but she told me that if anyone deserves a 5 , it was Alex. Thank you for your quick response.
