Noah, the technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. He not only replaced the broken spring on my garage door but pointed out other things that should be taken care of in the near future. When your garage door spring breaks and the cables snap, your car parked inside can become, not by choice, a prisoner. It's an unsetteling feeling having to be trapped at home right before Chrismas with additional shopping planned but your car is trapped in the garaged. At 8:30 a.m., I managed to back into my partially opened garage door, which faces south and takes the brunt of the great Oklahoma wind. I called the first company that Google pulled up and thank heavens it was Precision! They immediately booked an appointment and Adam Hatfield arrived at about noon and was done with all that needed repaired as well some a number of issues he found wrong with my opening system by 2 p.m. He replaced the main spring, plus added another since it should have had 2 of them! He replaced broken/cracked wheels and hinges and reinforced the panels because of the wind's potential to cause damage over time (my request).
